Commercial Way selected as 2025 Civic Trust Award: Regional Finalist

The Civic Trust Awards scheme was established in 1959 to recognise outstanding architecture, planning, and design in the built environment. Regional Finalists are schemes which are of significant merit in their region, contributing to the quality and appearance of the built environment, whilst being sustainable, accessible, and providing a positive civic contribution.

Regional Finalists will now be considered by the Civic Trust Awards National Judging Panel for a National Civic Trust Award or a National Civic Trust Highly Commended. National Awards and Highly Commended winners will be announced at the annual Civic Trust Awards Ceremony in March.

This accolade follows Commercial Way's other recent successes, having been shortlisted in 2024 for categories in the AJ Awards, the British Homes Awards, London Construction Awards and New London Awards.
