Commercial Way shortlisted for New London Award 2024
Commercial Way has been shortlisted for a New London Award 2024 in the Housing Built category.
Presented in association with the Mayor of London, the New London Awards from NLA celebrate all scales of projects, from community-led to large-scale mixed-use developments.
The 2024 shortlist showcases projects that contribute to and enhance the NLA vision for a New London: a city that is sustainable, civilised and egalitarian, that seeks to improve the quality and standards of new design.
The winners will be announced during a ceremony in November 2024. Commercial Way is also eligible for the People's Choice Award; individuals can register their vote at: New London Awards 2024 - People's Choice Award (cognitoforms.com)
The shortlisting for Commercial Way follows the project's recognition on the shortlist for two other 2024 Awards: the London Construction Awards and the British Homes Awards, with the winners for both to be announced in September 2024.
