Loom Factory receives unanimous approval
We are delighted to share the news that our client, Apex Capital Partners received unanimous approval at for our Loom Factory residential scheme Southwark Council last month.
The Loom Factory will deliver 153 new homes in the Old Kent Road Area as well as a new pedestrian route linking St James’s Road with the wider AAP masterplan and the restoration of the Rocca Building, a local building of architectural merit.
