

Bank Station Commercial development receives planning permission
The City of London has granted our commercial development located over Bank Underground Station planning permission. This marks an exciting step in the progress of this new central London development!
Providing an additional 1,214sqm (GIA) floor area the development is located above Bank Station and forms part of the Bank Station Capacity Upgrade programme of works. The new space delivers Grade A commercial attic office accommodation with accessible roof terraces providing inviting and engaging outdoor space for all the building occupants.
Bank is one of three sites that form part of Transport for London’s commercial programme which aims to deliver up to 595,000 sqft of new office space across the city via joint-venture partnerships.
Bank commercial development will be an amazing new site in the heart of the City. Responding sensitively to the surrounding conservation area the design will enhance the vista and unify the grain of the city’s skyline.
