As Global Head of Project Excellence, Samantha leverages her extensive experience as a chartered architect to deliver efficiency, profitability, and high-quality design outcomes. She ensures the practice is staffed with motivated, high-caliber professionals and aligns resources with project requirements.
Working closely with Regional MDs and the Global COO, Samantha implements policies and procedures that promote consistency and excellence across all UK projects.
She also leads multiple transportation and infrastructure projects, utilizing her exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Samantha is dedicated to staff development, guiding training and succession plans to help all team members reach their full potential.
In addition to her professional achievements, Samantha is a committed volunteer with Girl Guiding, where she inspires and mentors young girls. Through her involvement, she promotes leadership, teamwork, and personal development, helping to empower the next generation of women.
