Roger is motivated by architecture’s ability to contribute to our cities and sees projects as an opportunity to deliver elegantly simple, well resolved and seamless solutions to challenging problems. He thrives in a team environment and enjoys drawing inspiration from the past experiences of his team. Outside of the studio, Roger is a tech-nerd with a keen interest in innovative and technology-driven design tools and processes.
