As a registered architect with over 25 years of proven ability in design leadership, strategic planning and project management, Neil’s career has been built around extensive senior involvement on major projects, primarily involving complex engineering interfaces.

A commitment to digital innovation in construction and achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is central to Neil’s approach to both design and governance. He is client-focused and a passionate advocate of integrated collaboration across the whole project life cycle and supply chain.

Neil regularly sits on panels and has spoken at conferences on the positive impact of well-designed transit infrastructure on society and the environment.
