Mohammed Malik
Chief Financial Officer
Studio: London
Mohammed joined WW+P in 2003 as an ambitious architectural graduate having completed his studies at Kingston School of Architecture. Early on in his career, Mohammed quickly demonstrated strong organisational and analytical skills particularly in the day-to-day operational running of the studio. However, his awareness in project and commercial management and his ability to control finances is where his career would take off.
Having continued his qualifications at Oxford Brookes University with the RIBA, Mohammed combined his architectural background with his newly developed project and commercial management skills to ensure projects were efficiently managed and delivered on time and to budget. His opportunity came whilst working on Paddington Integrated Project for London Underground where he worked closely with the project director and the client team for all commercial aspects. Mohammed was then tasked to apply the same level of rigour across the business.
In 2013, transitioning off projects from a design capacity and into commercial and finance, Mohammed was made a partner. In 2015, Mohammed was promoted to senior partner and a member of the board for the global business. His core responsibility was to manage the overall financial risks and revenue effectively. His role was strategic and often involved mitigating problems ahead.
On 9 Mar 2022 WW+P announced the formation of our strategic partnership with Egis. Mohammed is currently CFO for WW+P global business.
