Lucy Dunn

Lucy has over five years’ experience working in the residential mixed-use sector of the industry. She has successfully led projects ranging in scale from urban masterplans to residential and hospitality schemes. Lucy believes putting people at the forefront of design is key to creating successful placemaking. She has a particular interest in early phase work, developing strategies and principles for sites and has helped streamline the practice’s feasibility study process.

Lucy’s investment in feasibility work has been conducive to the business development strategy for WW+P and she has built strong relationships with clients and consultants across the industry as a result.
