Bea heads up the buildings team bringing her experience leading multidisciplinary teams covering a broad range of project types and budgets. She oversees a range of projects from housing-led mixed-use schemes for both private developers and local authorities, to student living, commercial and civic projects such as the refurbishment of the British Embassy in Paris.

In recent years Bea has concentrated on the early phases of projects, managing the strategy, feasibility, design, and planning application stages and has developed a particular expertise in understanding and navigating large complex projects, including intricate phasing and residential and community decant strategies.

Bea has strong client liaison expertise and maintains a positive relationship with key stakeholders, especially at Local Authority and GLA level.

Alongside her studio role she is a member of Merton, Wandsworth & Richmond, Newham and Havering Design Review Panels where she brings her focus on design excellence.

Bea has also been a Judge for the British Homes Awards 2023 and 2024.
